Natural Rubber (NR)
Excellent tensile strength, high tear resistance, and outstanding elasticity. Perfect for anti-vibration bushes, engine mounts, and suspension pads operating under dynamic fatigue.

Nitrile Rubber (NBR)
Outstanding resistance to petroleum-based oils, fuels, and grease. The standard choice for hydraulic seals, valve linings, O-rings, and fuel system diaphragms.

- Key Property: Superior hydrocarbon resistance
EPDM Rubber
Outstanding resistance to heat, UV, ozone, aging, and outdoor weathering. Highly recommended for outdoor seals, steam line gaskets, and window weatherstrips.

Silicone (VMQ)
Inert, non-toxic, and FDA-compliant. Exhibits extreme temperature stability. Ideal for food processing seals, medical tubing, and high-temp electrical insulators.

Neoprene / Chloroprene (CR)
Good flame retardancy, moderate resistance to oils, and high chemical stability. A balanced multi-purpose rubber used for marine seals and heavy-duty industrial gaskets.

About Sevana Polymers
SEVANA POLYMERS is a proprietary MSME manufacturing unit specialized in high-quality rubber molded products and custom polymer extrusions. For the past 20 years, we have manufactured and supplied multi-application elastomer components for key industrial clients across South India.
Our production facility is strategically located at Nandipulam, just 4km from Kodakara in the Thrissur district of Kerala. The location is well-connected by excellent road, rail, and air networks, ensuring prompt shipping and material logistics.
Operating in a 2,000 square foot factory floor space with a dedicated team of 10 skilled operators and technologists, we maintain a highly efficient setup for custom runs and high-volume production.
